From disconnection to devotion
There was a time I felt completely disconnected from myself.
I didn’t feel like me.. in my body, in my mind, in my life.
I was in a dark place, and I didn’t know how to get out of it. What changed everything was learning to be still.
Meditation gave me a way to come back to myself - not all at once, but gently, slowly.
It taught me how to listen to my own energy again, and rebuild from a softer, stronger place. How to listen to my body and taking care of it like something sacred.
Now you mid ask yourself what does inner peace have to with being skinny?
It’s not so much about a certain body weight or look. Skinny does look different for everyone.
It’s about Choosing to be healthy, to feel light, to nourish and move your body with purpose.
When I finally became slimmer - everything shifted. I didn’t only detox my body of all the junk and waist we consume as if it was health foods - but I also was able to see what and especially who else was toxic in my life.
I finally felt strong enough to separate myself from everything that didn’t serve me. My mind felt clearer. I moved differently. I felt feminine again. Soft, powerful, in control.
It wasn’t just a physical change - it was spiritual.
A deeper alignment with the woman I always knew I was.
So being skinny became a part of my healing. Not out of pressure to look a certain way, but out of a desire to feel clear, grounded, and at peace inside myself.
This space is where I share the things that helped me feel whole again.
Not because I have it all figured out - but because I know how it feels to lose yourself, and how powerful it is to come back.
